NOTE
► Always place the food to be defrosted on dishes suitable for use in a micro-
wave oven. Never directly onto the turntable
You can use this function to defrost meat, poultry, fish, fruit/vegetables and pizza.
The defrosting time and the power level are calculated and set automatically
once you have entered the weight.
1) In standby mode turn the control dial

2) Press the start/quick start button
3) Now select the food to be defrosted by turning the control dial
