Use
Pressure cooking
Opening
Switch the lid handle from a horizontal position to a vertical position
The lid turns.
Lift the lid.
In case of difficulties opening the product rinse the seal under water and
replace it in the lid without drying it

Closing
Ensure that the lid handle is in a vertical position.
Place the lid on the pan as indicated in

Switch the lid handle back from a vertical position to a horizontal position

It is normal that the lid turns on the pan.
If you are unable to close the lid:
Check the correct positioning of the gasket.

Using for the first time

For models with a non-stick coating: wash and use cooking oil to lightly oil
the entire interior surface.
Put the tripod* (K) in the pan base.
Fill the pan (N) with water up to the 2/3 mark (MAX 2)
Position the steam basket* (J) on the tripod* (K).
Close your pressure cooker.
Align the pictogram
positioning mark (C)
Place your pressure cooker on a heat source then set to maximum power.
