Select the following setting for the baking process: hot air 170°C, length:

The setting is made by pressing the Aire caliente button until the
temperature of 170°C is displayed. You will select the baking time by
turning the rotating button clockwise.
Rissoles
Shape approx. 125g mince into a rissole (diameter approx. 75mm, height
approx. 35mm).
Spread the rissoles directly on the rotating plate evenly.
Preparation
You will achieve the best result by the following programme combination,
to be set by yourself:

Stage 1: Hot air 230°C, 4:00 min
•
Stage 2: Microwave 100%, 5:30 min.
•
Stage 3: Hot air 230°C, 2:00 min. (or 4:00 min. if darker browning is
required)
