Crisping up rolls

Select the hot air function to crisp up rolls.
Place 3-4 rolls directly on the rotating plate. Preheating is not necessary.
Select the following setting for the baking process: hot air 170°C, length:
12 minutes

Browned potatoes

Use a round dish with a lid, with a height of from 5 to 6 cm and a diameter
of approx. 22 cm.

750 g waxy pealed potatoes

100 g grated cheese with a dry fat content of
25% to 30 %

Preparation
Cut the potatoes into slices approx. 3 – 4 mm thick.
Then arrange about half of the potatoes overlapping in the baking-dish.
Now sprinkle with about half the cheese and half the seasonings onto the
potatoes and add approx. 150 g cream.
