2.4 - Electrical connections

Disconnect the power supply from the device.
Connect the wires of the device that is to be controlled to the terminal
block on the back part of the chronothermostat body (fig. 8 or 9).

With heavy inductive loads (pumps and solenoid valves) it is recommended to
connect an RC filter in parallel to the load.
A telephone programmer can be connected to terminals
activate the chronothermostat from a distance.

2.5 - Inserting and replacing batteries

• Open the key cover (fig. 10).
• Remove the battery cover.
• Insert or replace with two Ministilo
ensuring to place the poles correctly.
ONLY USE GOOD QUALITY ALKALINE BATTERIES
(Duracell or Energizer are recommended)
Attention:
approximately 1 minute is given to replace the batteries without
losing any settings. Once this time is exceeded, the chronothermostat
must be reset.
Important: Battery life may be more than 1 year.
However, it is recommended to replace them at least every 12 months to avoid
them discharging when you are away (e.g. Christmas holidays, etc.)
