CHECKING THE BATTERIES

When the power is on, the remaining battery power is
displayed on the control panel.
Display
lights and turns off
automatically.

panel are displayed
normally.

Note:
When taking pictures on a special occasion, on a
trip, or in cold temperatures, keep spare batteries
handy or use nickel metal hydride batteries.

Batteries are OK.
You can shoot.
Battery power is low and
batteries should be
replaced.
Batteries are dead and
should be replaced
immediately.
