Operating procedure

CAUTION: The bearing, tapered seating and SensorMount indicator
must be at the same temperature. Do not expose the sensor to direct
sunlight or heat during mounting. Do not touch the sensor before or
during mounting.
1. Press the "ON/OFF" button on the
indicator.
NOTE: To extend the life of the battery,
the display of the SensorMount Indicator
will shut off after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Press the ON/OFF button to reactivate
the display.
2. Press the "CLR" button for three
seconds to zero the indicator.
3. Wait approximately one minute until
the reading stabilises.
NOTE: The indicator will provide
accurate readings even if the last digit of
the reading is not zero.
