3.1 Rules for operation

WARNING
• Avoid direct visual contact with the LED light emitted. Wearing eye protection is recommended.
• Do not operate the unit with heavily soiled reflectors or without a rotating plate.
• Do not operate the unit with the housing ventilation slots closed. Ensure that the distances between the
wall and the unit are observed.
WARNING
Do not use the unit for the activities described below:
• Do not use the unit to cure items that contain residues or adhering material from flammable solvents
or cleaners or are not completely dry and consequently may form a flammable or explosive gas-air
mixture in the polymerization chamber.
• Do not use the unit to heat food products.
• Do not use the unit on materials other than those specified for exposure in section 3.
NOTE overheating
We recommend a pause of at least 1 minute between the individual polymerization cycles to allow the unit
to cool down. Continuous operation at high polymerization temperatures, high ambient temperatures or poor
ventilation may result in error messages due to overheating (unit protection). Continued operation is then
interrupted so the unit can cool down.
