4.5 Gas leaks from the torch, pilot arc does not start

Double red wire connection to FASTON connector M1 of the diodes board (32)
inserted correctly
Check the continuity between terminals 5 and 6
of the torch central adapter (61) with double red
wire and female FASTON connector end for
FASTON connector M1 of the diodes board (32);
Check the connections between connector J4 of
the diodes board (32) and connector J11 of the
control board (48);
Make sure that IGBT Q1 (xx) fixed on the diodes
dissipater (39) is intact - SEE PAR.8-: if
unserviceable, replace IGBT Q1 (xx) and diodes
board (32);
Make sure that the ISOTOP diodes modules (35)
that form the output rectifier bridge are intact -
SEE PAR.9-: If unserviceable, replace both even
if only one module is faulty;
Make sure that the IGTB modules of the inverter
full bridge are intact - SEE PAR.8-. If
unserviceable, replace both even if only one
module is faulty and replace control board (48);

4.6 Irregular pilot arc striking, unstable pilot arc

PLASMA GAS PRESSURE TEST

Plasma gas setting correct for installed torch.
Make sure that the torch (78) is correctly
assembled;
Check the torch central adapter (61) and torch
cable; replace if worn or damaged.
Check the electrode, swirl ring and torch nozzle;
replace if worn or damaged.
Make sure that the internal torch parts and
cables are properly isolated; replace the
complete torch, if necessary.
Replace measurement board (32) and/or control
board (48);

Insert the red wire connection into connector
M1 of the diodes board (32);

Check the presence of the gas at the inlet
fitting (C) and that the pressure and flow rate
in the intake conduit meet the specification
values (see Instruction Manual);
Make sure that the pressure regulator (D) is
working properly;
Make sure that the threaded part of the air
fitting (C) inserted in the pressure regulator
(D) is no more than 6 - 8 mm (1/4" - 5/16")
long, to avoid any possible malfunction of
the regulator (D).
Make sure there are no occlusions in the gas
hoses of the power source.
Check the working order of solenoid valve
