9.8 - Alarms
The
alarm system is divided into two outputs: alarm 1 and alarm 2 outputs:
Humitech Super
Alarm 1 output is turned ON when any of the following parameters is reached: High Temperature, Low Temperature, Low Humidity, Low
Pressure or High Pressure. The functions to adjust the parameters above are the following:
Temperature Alarm Differential", "Temperature Differential to Turn Alarm 1 Off", "Low Humidity Alarm", "Humidity Alarm
Differential", "High Pressure Alarm", "Low Pressure Alarm"
operates in cyclic mode according to the value configured at the function
- Alarm 2 output is turned ON whenever a power outage occurs. Power outage detection time can be configured at the function
Failure Alarm Validation Delay Time (Alarm 2)".
configured at the function
"Alarm 2 Output Cycle Time".
Example:
Temperature Setpoint:
30.0 °C (86 °F)
Low TemperatureAlarm Differential:
High TemperatureAlarm Differential:
Temperature Differential to TurnAlarm1 OFF:
Low HumidityAlarm:
15.0% RH
Low HumidityAlarm Differential:
Low PressureAlarm:
5 Pa
High PressureAlarm:
30 Pa
PressureAlarms Differential:
Alarm 1 Output Cycle Time:
Power FailureAlarm Validation delay Time (Alarm 2):
Alarm 2 Output Cycle Time:
Alarm 1 output is turned ON when any of the following situations occur:
-Average temperature rises above 70 °C
9.9 - Daily temperature programming
Daily setpoint programs allow you to configure a desired temperature for each day of the program. This feature allows the controller to automatically
change its setpoint for as days go by. The day counter is incremented at midnight of current day and the total number of days cannot be greater than
132. For the controller to use this feature the operation mode selected must be "Program Mode".
Example:
Program 1 Duration:
2 days
Program 1 Temperature Setpoint:
Program 2 Duration:
3 days
Program 2 Temperature Setpoint:
4 days
Program 3 Duration:
Program 3 Temperature Setpoint:
Program 4 Duration:
0 days (OFF)
When you start programming, the controller will consider Program 1 temperature setpoint:
automatically increment from 1 to 2.As Program 1 lasts
Day counter is incremented to 3 at the next midnight; since the number of days is already higher than the duration of program 1, the controller starts
to use the setpoint for program 2:
When the day counter reaches 6 days, the controller starts to use the setpoint for program 3
The last program configured in this example is program 3 since the number of days in program 4 was configured to 0 (disabled). Therefore, setpoint
programming finishes when the counter reaches 10 days. The controller displays a message in the screen and remains in operation with the last
setpoint configured
(37.5°C)
until the user changes the controller operation.
9.10 - Datalogger
The
internal memory (datalogger) is used to store the following information:
Humitech Super
- Sensor faults
-Alarms
- Operation mode
- Number of the program that is running
- Temperature setpoint being used
- Control output status
- Current temperature and humidity readings
The time between samples can be configured in the parameter
When Alarm 2 output is turned ON, it operates in cyclic mode according to the value
-20.0°C
40.0°C
5.0 °C
8.0% RH
2 Pa
10 seconds
3 seconds

30.0 °C
35.0 °C
37.5 °C

, the program's temperature setpoint is still considered
35.0 °C.
