ASSEMBLY/OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1/2 IN. AIR IMPACT WRENCH:
1. Remove the air inlet protective cap. (See Figure 1)
2. Mount the male plug by hand into the air inlet. (See Figure 2)
3. Place 2-3 drops of air tool oil into the male plug before each use.
(See Figure 3)
4. Choose the correct impact socket as needed and mount it onto impact wrench
anvil. (See Figure 4)
Only use impact sockets that have an RPM rating equal to or
WARNING
greater than the tool itself.
5. Use 3 in. extension bar if the bolt nut is too far to be reached by the anvil of
tool. (See Figure 5)
6. Connect air supply hose to tool. Set the air pressure at 90 PSI.
