Strokes per minute as a numbered value (/min) and as
a graphical representation (bars).
Duration (hh:mm and mm:ss) for the workout.
Heart rate limit (bpm) during the workout. The heart
symbol flashes simultaneously with your own heart
rate. The arrow sign appears when your heart rate
reaches above or below the set heart rate limits.
Distance (km or ml) for the workout.
Speed (km/h or mph) or RPM (rev/min) for the workout.
Energy consumption (kcal) for the workout.
Real-time clock.
Room temperature (°C or °F).
