Start Up

• The heat gun is useful to solder plastics (joining, patching, tarmac vulcanizing, etc.), to remove decals and adhesives, to
loosen oxidized or tight metal nuts, to soften old filler in order to remove and substitute with new material, to remove paint,
to defreeze metal pipes, to apply anti-assault film in autos windshields, to dry paint, varnish, wet wood, etc., to fix shrinking
PVC film, to fix dents in auto's fascias, to remove covering in adhesives, flooring, etc.
Switching and operation control
• Connect the plug into the power output.
• Move the switch into any of the two positions,
depending of the air volume and speed needed for the
job. Position 2 delivers a higher airflow than position 1.

Temperature control

• The air temperature expelled by the heat gun can be
determined turning the temperature control dial in the back
of the gun.
• Temperature selected can go from 113 °F (45 °C) and up
to 932 °F (500 °C)
Nozzle Setting
• Nozzles are set in the air duct applying pressure until
they stop.
ATENCIÓN
• Wait for the air duct to cool down
completely before setting or replacing nozzles.
• The different nozzles concentrate and spread heat in a
different manner according to their shape and to apply
heat for the various jobs.
Caulking Sheets
• The caulking sheets are used to scratch and remove
material like paint or glue, to apply materials like tar or
wax or to support the work piece that will receive the
heat.
