Fasten the SMALL BACK (J) to the SMALL BOTTOM (H).

Use three BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (BBB).
Push the GROMMETS (RR) and GROMMET CAPS (QQ)

into the large holes in the SMALL BACK (J).
