Assembly, Installation and Operating Instructions

NOTE: Check ALL parts for shipping damage. If ship-
ping damage is noted, DO NOT use. Contact Carrier/
Dealer for further instruction.

SAFETY SUMMARY

The following recommendations are made for the
safe installation and use of the Walker Pouch:
GENERAL WARNINGS
DO NOT install or use this equipment with-
out first reading and understanding these
instructions. If you are unable to under-
stand the Warnings, Cautions or Instruc-
tions, contact a healthcare professional,
dealer or technical personnel before at-
tempting to install this equipment - other-
wise, injury or damage may occur.
This product should only be used by indi-
viduals who have been evaluated by a
health care professional and determined
capable of using a standard walker.
DO NOT carry or place weight exceed-
ing five (5) pounds in the walker pouch
when attached to walker. This may cause
the walker to tip forward.
NEVER use the walker pouch and the
walker basket at the same time.
Always test to see that the walker and
attachments are properly and securely
locked in place before using.
Periodically check to ensure that the
plastic glide tips and rubber tips are not
ripped, worn or missing. Replace them
before using the walker.
INSTALLING THE WALKER POUCH
(FIGURE 1)
NOTE: Not recommended for use with junior walkers or
heavy duty walkers.
1. Place the walker pouch on the pivot brace of the
walker with the zippered pocket facing out.
2. Position the side fastening straps of the walker
pouch around the OUTSIDE of the side frame and
secure to each other.
3. Repeat the same procedure for the opposite side.
