INTEGRAL POWER
• Check causes of blockage and correct or replace the capacitor fan.
• Check (+) and (-) capacitor fan outputs on the electronic control, if there are no (+) and (-)
outputs replace control.
• Connect terminals on the capacitor fan.
• Proceed in accordance with section L.
• Run with no load for 30 minutes in the circuit and introduce (IP 12 V. 500 g. - IP 24 V 500g) of
R134a in the circuit.
• Check the load and the pressures; whenever below 0.5 kg with the unit running, clean the circuit
or replace the blocked component.
• Replace compressor module or verify electronic terminals.
• Replace the pressure switch or check terminals.
• Replace the relay or check cabling and terminals.
• Correctly check the components terminals in accordance with the attached wiring diagram.
• Check pressure, the maximum reference must be 2.6 bar in low pressure and 12 bar in high
pressure at an outside temperature of 35ºC.
• Keep the recirculation input in the base of the device free.
• Clean the capacitor / grille.
• Replace capacitor fan.
• Check that the air is discharged to the outside; if it is not, invert the connector connection.
• Check the current output in electronic control, replacing whenever there is no + and - output.
• Replace the blower or connect the terminals.
• Replace electronic control or control panel.
