(For Ware Up to 1-1/4" Thick)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
These installation instructions apply to all products with the following fitting base
numbers: 200A, 201A, 1200A, 1201A.
1. Disassemble cartridges from side bodies.
2. Assemble below deck mounting hardware to both side bodies.
3. With wire hanger in place, push fitting up through deck holes until wire hanger clips over top of
deck.
4. Assemble rubber washer and brass washer (or optional trim ring) over spout base.
5. Insert c-washer between spout base washer and underside of spout base.
6. Adjust below deck locknuts until side bodies protrude evenly, 9/16 above deck or use VALVE
BODY HEIGHT GAGE to measure to correct height.
7. Assemble above deck mounting hardware to both side bodies. Assemble supplies.
8. For installation and adjustment of cartridges refer to pages 20-32.
9. Assemble side body escutcheons and tighten escutcheon nuts. If desired, apply a bead of
plumbers putty around locknut before assembling escutcheons.
10. Assemble spout base escutcheon.
11. Assemble handles and align so they don't hit spout escutcheon in open position.
12. For installation of spout refer to pages 33-34.
13. After completion of installation, remove aerator and flush lines and faucet for approximately
one minute.
FOR MODELS WITH SIDE VEGETABLE SPRAY
14. Install guide and secure with locknut. If desired, apply a bead of plumbers putty to guide before
assembling.
15. Feed hose through guide and firmly attach coupling nut to spout base connection at bottom.
