7. Warning and error messages during operation

7.1 Warning messages
Code Description
A0000 No warning message available.
A0001 Frequency inverter overloaded, warning code (A0002 or A0004)
A0002 Frequency inverter overloaded (60 s), check load behavior.
A0004 Short-term overload (1 s), check load and application parameters.
A0008 max. heat sink temperature, check cooling and fan.
A0010 max. inside temperature reached, check cooling and fan.
A0020 Reference value is limited by a controller.
A0080 max. load temperature reached, check load and sensor.
A0100 Mains phase failure, check mains fuses and supply cable.
A0400 Limit frequency reached, output frequency is limited.
A4000 DC link voltage has reached the type-specific minimum.
7.2 Error messages
Code Description
F00 00 No fault has occurred.
F01 02 Frequency inverter overloaded (60 s), check load behavior.
03 Short- term overload (1 s), check load and application parameters.
F02 00 Heat sink temperature too high, check cooling and fan.
01 Temperature sensor defective or ambient temperature too low.
F03 00 Inside temperature too high, check cooling and fan.
01 Inside temperature too low, check electrical cabinet heating.
F04 00 Load temperature too high or sensor defective, check connection S6IND.
03 Output phase failure, check load and wiring.

The code which can be read out via parameter
can be composed of several messages. For example, code A088
signals the individual warning messages A0008 + A0080.
The error code saved after a fault in parameter
facilitates troubleshooting and error diagnosis. The error message
is to be acknowledged via digital input.
