PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION:
By default, the workout time is 30 minutes (except in «Quick-Start» mode where time increments).. This time can be adjusted using the + or - buttons. One vertical block = 1 resistance level.There are 15 vertical blocks so 15
resistance levels in total.

PERFORMANCE SUMMARY
The summary of your performance is automatically displayed at the end of your session during the 2-minute recovery period.You will be able to see:

your average heart rate (if you were wearing a non-encoded analogue heart rate monitor during your
session)

an estimate of the number of calories burned.
To exit the performance summary before the end, press the Return button.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Your console does not turn on or is displaying «E1», «E2», «E3».Unplug the product then check the connections at the back of the console and inside the stem tube.
