Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Please read the terms and conditions of this warranty carefully before using your
MOVEMENT equipment. By using the equipment, you are agreeing to be bound by the follo-
wing Warranty terms and conditions.
BRUDDEN guarantees all new MOVEMENT products as free from defects in materials and
workmanship for the warranty periods set out below.
The warranty periods start on the date of issue of the invoice for the purchase of the product
issued by BRUDDEN or by the accredited reseller.
This warranty will apply only to defects discovered during the warranty period, and only to
the original purchaser of the product.
To use this guarantee, the buyer must contact an authorized Technical Assistant in less than
30 days after discovering any non-conformity and leave the equipment available for inspecti-
on by BRUDDEN or its authorized technical assistance.
BRUDDEN's commitment to this warranty is limited as shown below.
WARRANTY AND COVERAGE PERIODS
IMPORTANT: To be fully covered by the terms described, IT IS NECESSARY TO REGISTER YOUR
PRODUCT on the website www.movement.com.br/garantia.
If the registration is NOT EFFECTED, ONLY the legal guarantee of the Consumer Protection
Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days will be validated.
- 3 (Three) years for chassis (except painting) and metallic structures, already included the
legal guarantee of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days;
- 1 (one) year for components and mechanical parts, painting in general and labor, including
the legal guarantee of the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days.
OPTIONALS / ACCESSORIES / BATTERIES AND SELF-USABLE DEVICES
Many options or accessories have components that are connected internally or mounted insi-
de the electronic panel or directly on the product. The next rules of procedure determine the
guarantee of these components. If the internal components are installed by the factory or by
an Authorized Assistant as part of the original sale, they will have a Warranty identical to the
Warranty for the product to which they were connected or assembled.
If the components are not installed at the factory or an Authorized Assistant as part of the ori-
ginal sale, they will have a 90-day parts and service warranty.
All components that are not internally connected will have a 90-day limited parts warranty.
Proof of original purchase will be required in any case.
