Setting instructions
Winding and time-setting:
The winding, time-setting and correction crown (I) can be placed
in two positions A and B.
A: Pushed against the case, winding position.
This is the normal position when the watch is being worn and
guarantees its water-resistance.
If the watch has not been worn for some time, wind it by rotating
the crown (I) through several turns. It is unnecessary to fully wind
a watch that is going to be worn. The crown (I) will not be locked
at the end of the winding cycle; the mechanism therefore cannot
be damaged.
N.B.: A full winding = 40 turns of crown (I)
B: Time-setting position.
1. In position A, rotate the crown (I) clockwise 10 times
2. To set the time precisely, pull the crown (I) into position C when
the seconds hand (3) is at 12 o'clock
3. Move the hour and minute hands (1 and 2) forward to the de-
sired time by turning the crown (I) clockwise
4. Push the crown (I) into position A so the watch can continue to
operate.

Setting the moon phase:
The moon phase is corrected by pressing the moon phase correc-
tor (II) using the corrector pen (III) provided with the watch. Each
push moves the moon disc (4) one day forwards.
To correctly position the moon, look on a calendar for the date of
the last new moon (indicated by a full, black or greyed-out circle
on calendars) and the number of days that have passed since.
Then position the moon (4) so that the 2 discs representing the
moon are hidden, then make as many moon phase (4) jumps as
there have been days passed since the last new moon.
N.B.: If the time was set by turning the crown (I) anti-clockwise,
the moon phase cannot be adjusted.
Water-resistance
The water-resistance of the watch has been tested at a pressure
of 3 bar.
