OPERATION
Note: Do not use this product for cooking or thawing frozen foods. All foods must be
completely defrosted before cooking with this product. During first use, an odor may
be created by the materials used in the appliance. The smell is normal and disappears
after a short time.
1 Place the grill plate on the appliance.
2. Turn the control fully on. The red operating light and the ready light come on.
3. As soon as the set temperature is reached, the ready light goes out. The operating
lamp lights up all the time. When heated up, the temperature of the grill plate is
230-236°C, that of the bottle plate 195-225°C and that of the housing 30-65°C.
With the small switch the power of the grill plate can be adjusted. If it is switched
on, the grill plate runs at 1800 W, if it is switched off, the grill plate runs at 1500 W.
4. Use the grill plate to grill steaks or burgers, the flat plate to grill sausages or
vegetables.
5. The heating element and the ready light go on and off every now and then during
the renewed heating up.
6. When you have finished grilling, allow the appliance to cool completely before
cleaning. Clean the appliance after each use.
