• Overheat protection or high pressure protection cable (it is an op-
tional part).
After connection, the wire should be well wrapped using a wrap-
ping tape, and the connector should be placed inside the unit.
• Ionizer (this is an optional part).
After connection, the ionizer will work automatically.

outdoor unit installation

1. Install drain port and drain hose (on heat-pump models only).
Condensation water drains from the outdoor unit when the unit
operates in heating mode. In order to not disturb your neighbors
and protect the environment, install the drain port and a drain
hose to direct the condensation water. Install the drain port and
rubber washer to the chassis of the outdoor unit, then connect a
drain hose to the port as shown in the illustration.
2. Install and fix the outdoor unit. Fix with bolts and nuts tightly on
a flat and strong floor.
If installed on a wall or roof, make sure the support structure is
firmly fixed to prevent it from shaking due to vibration or strong
wind.
3. Outdoor unit piping connection.
• Remove valve caps from the 2-way and 3-way valves.
• Connect the pipes to the 2-way and 3-way valves separately ac-
cording to the required torque.
4. Outdoor unit cable connection: See previous page.
