Defekten Näherungsschalter
austauschen
Hinweis:
Näherungsschalter nicht als Anschlag
benützen (mechanische Zerstörung)!
Obere Endlagenabfrage
- Innensechskantschraube M5 soweit
lösen, bis sich S5 herausziehen läßt.
- PE 2/XH in obere Endlage bringen.
- Neuen Näherungsschalter (S5) in
Halterung (1) einlegen und mit
Fühllehre auf Schalterabstand
0,5 mm justieren.
- M5-Schraube (2) festziehen.
- Elektrischen Anschluß herstellen.
Untere Endlagenabfrage
- Sechskantmuttern und Sicherungs-
scheibe entfernen.
S4 herausziehen.
- PE 2/XH in untere Endlage bringen.
- Neuen Näherungsschalter (S4) in
13 mm-Bohrung einführen und mit
Fühllehre auf Schalterabstand
0,5 mm justieren.
- Mit Sechskantmuttern (3) und
Sicherungsscheibe (4) den
Näherungschalter gegen Verstellen
sichern.
- Elektrischen Anschluß herstellen.

Replacing a faulty proximity switch
Note:
Do not use the proximity switch as a
stop (mechanical destruction)!
Upper end position sensing
- Loosen the hexagon socket head
screw M5 enough so that S5 can be
pulled out.
- Move PE 2/XH into the upper end
position.
- Insert new proximity switch (S5) in
the holder (1) and adjust to a switch
space of 0.5 mm with a distance
gauge.
- Tighten M5 screw (2).
- Establish electrical connection.
Lower end position sensing
- Remove hexagon nuts and locking
washer.
Pull out S4.
- Move PE 2/XH into lower end
position.
- Insert new proximity switch (S4) into
13 mm bore hole and adjust to a
switch space of 0.5 mm with a
distance gauge.
- Prevent the proximity switch
from moving using hexagon
nuts (3) and locking washers (4).
- Establish electrical connection.
