9 Herstellergarantie
Die Garantie besteht neben den gesetzlichen Ansprüchen
des Kunden auf Lieferung einer mangelfreien Ware gegen-
über dem Verkäufer und schränkt die gesetzlichen Män-
gelansprüche aus § 437 BGB nicht ein.
Wir, die JBL GmbH & Co. KG, Dieselstr. 3, 67141 Neuhofen,
Germany übernehmen für die nachfolgend genannten Geräte
gegenüber dem Endkunden eine Garantie von 2 Jahren ab Kauf-
datum für Mängelfreiheit und Funktionsfähigkeit.
Darüber hinaus bieten wir dem Endkunden nach erfolgreicher
Produktregistrierung binnen der zweijährigen gesetzlichen Ge-
währleistungsfrist unter https://www.jbl.de/productregistration
eine erweiterte 4-Jahres-Garantie ab Kaufdatum für das Gerät
an.

Der Ausfall von bis zu 5 % der Einzel-LEDs innerhalb der Garan-
tiezeit gilt nicht als Produktmangel.
Die Garantie umfasst die Reparatur nach unserer Wahl durch Er-
satz (kostenlose Lieferung eines gleichwertigen Produktes) oder
dessen Instandsetzung nach den technischen Erfordernissen.
Für die aufgrund der Garantie instandgesetzten oder ersetzten
Teile gilt die verbleibende Garantiezeit.
Die Garantie umfasst nicht den Ersatz von unmittelbaren oder
mittelbaren Folgeschäden.
Die Garantie gilt ausschließlich für Verkäufe an Kunden inner-
halb der Europäischen Union.
Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt von dem Kunden oder
Dritten nicht fachgerecht montiert, gewartet oder gereinigt wur-
de, vorsätzlich beschädigt sowie in irgendeiner Weise nicht be-
stimmungsgemäß verändert wurde.
Innerhalb der Garantiedauer wenden Sie sich unter Vorlage ei-
nes gültigen Kaufbelegs an Ihren Verkäufer oder kontaktieren

Congratulations on your purchase of this JBL LED SOLAR NA-
TUR aquarium light. State of the art SMD* LED technology pro-
vides the best light for plant growth in the aquarium and brings
out the natural colouring of your fish. With JBL LED SOLAR EF-
FECT, available separately, you also have the opportunity to add
coloured highlights using RBG LEDs.

1 General user instructions
Before using this appliance please read and understand these
operating instructions completely.
The operating instructions are a part of the product. Keep them
within easy reach.
Please also hand over the operating instructions when passing
the device over to a third party.
2 Application
This appliance is suitable only for lighting aquariums in private
households. The instructions described in the following parts of
the operating manual must be followed.

3 Safety Instructions

Please note: Basic safety precautions including the
following must be observed to protect you from injury
and electric shock:
1. Read and follow all safety advice and all import-
ant information concerning the appliance. Non-com-
pliance can result in damage to the device.
2. Warning: As this appliance is in contact with water,
particular care must be taken to avoid electric shock.
Should one of the following situations arise, do not
repair the appliance yourself. The appliance must be
repaired by an authorised specialist or disposed of:
a) If the appliance falls into the water, do not try to re-
trieve it! First remove all power plugs and then retrieve
the appliance.
