To assemble
1: Attach the handle by pushing it on to the handle joint. Once attached
this is not designed to be removed.
2: Remove the blade frame from the main body by pushing the blade
frame upwards until the semicircle and rectangle notches align with the
symbols on the main body (image 1a) and pull the blade frame away
from the main body (image 1b).

3: Remove the blades from the frame by pushing the blade clips
upwards to release (image 2a). Remove all of the blades from the
blade frame. Reinsert desired blade in the top slot of the blade frame
(image 2b). The blade needs to be flush with the frame's edge.

4: Insert the blade frame into the main body by aligning the semicircle
and rectangle notches on the frame with the symbols on the main body
(image 3a). Push the blade frame in to the main body until the bottom
of the frame is sitting in the main body correctly (image 3b).

5: Insert the tray to the main body (image 4). SmoothSlizer is now ready
to use.

Dependent on the produce you may need to use the food adapters.
Use with softer foods such as cucumber, courgette/ zucchini, apples
or older produce. You do not need the food adapters for harder
produce such as potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Tip: If in doubt, use the food adapters
Note: Maximum produce length that can be used is 11cm. For
harder or larger produce, such as sweet potato, we recommend that
you cut the produce to a maximum length of 6cm. This will make it
easier to process.
