Equipment function

3.1

Description

ROWELD P800B Professional is a compact, portable heating plate butt fusion welding machine
that is specially designed for use at the construction sites and in particular in pipe trenches. Of
course, the tools are very well suited for use in the workshop.
The versatility of the ROWELD welding machines allows the operator to securely join 500-800mm
(outer dimensions) PE and PP pipes for all plumbing and sanitation applications as listed below:

The essential machine components are:
basic unit, reduction clamp insets, hydraulic unit, trimmer unit, heating plate, carrying frame with
control box modul.
When joining welding necks always use the flange adapter (optional accessory, must be ordered
separately).
To insert and remove the trimmer and the heating plate we recommend using the electrical hoist
(optional accessory, must be ordered separately).

The hydraulic unit allows the operator to operate the welding machine and perform the functions
indicated by the following symbols:
To close the clamps press the control lever.
To open the clamps pull the control lever.
Pressure adjusting valve for milling pressure, beat forming pressure, heating
pressure and cooling pressure. The manometer provides information on the
regulated pressure.
