coil.
Incorrect spark plug cap? Change cap.
Condenser in poor condition? Replace con-
denser.
Spark plug wire in bad condition? Replace the
spark plug wire.

Wrong type of fuel? Empty the gas system, and
replace it with the correct type of fuel.
Water or dust in gasoline system? Empty the
carburetor's gas system.
Dirty air filter? Clean or replace air filter.

AVAILABLE, THE SPARK IS PRESENT AND
THE COMPRESSION IS LOW"
Was the exhaust valve stuck or cracked? Re-
place the valves.
Worn piston ring and / or cylinder? Replace
piston and / or piston rings.
Piston head or spark plug not tightened?
Tighten the screws on the head and spark plug.
Is the head gasket or spark plug gasket dam-
aged? Replace the gaskets on the head and
spark plug.
NO FUEL IN THE CARBURETOR
Is fuel available in the gas tank? Fill the tank
with the correct fuel type.
Does the fuel valve not open properly? Apply
lubricant to loosen the fuel cock lever, replace
if necessary.
The fuel filter clogged? Replace fuel filter.
Gas tank cap breather capped? Clean or re-
place the fuel tank cap.
Air in the fuel line? Bleed the fuel line.
"WEAK POWER" APPROPRIATE COMPRES-
SION AND NO FAILURE
Air filter not clean? Clean or replace air filter.
Incorrect level of gasoline in the carburetor?
Check float, carburetor setting.
Defective spark plug? Clean or replace the
spark plug.
Water in gas? Empty the gasoline, and substi-
