WIRE FEEDER DESCRIPTION
The wire feeder does not work independently, but
must be connected to the power source (Win TIG
series) with which it communicates and from
which it receives power supply via power supply
kit Art. 435. (to install this kit, refer to the
accessory user manual).
For proper operation of the feeder, the TIG power
source must be equipped with an optional power
supply Art. 435.
The wire feeder is managed by the motor control
board, which communicates with the welding
system devices by means of the CAN bus serial
line (section 3.3).
3.1 Controls and attachments (fig. 4)
BA Connector. Connector for external controls.
The available signals are described in section
4.3.
BB Central adapter. Fitting for the welding
torch wire guide sheath.

BC Wire feeder button:
hold down to feed the wire; the wire emerges
from the torch at the set speed, without
generating current at the power source output.
The feed speed is set in the welding power
source test menu.
BE
Wire retract button:
The wire retracts when this button is pressed;
a fixed length of wire retracts into the torch,
without generating current at the generator
power source.
NOTE: the wire is only retracted by short lengths,
because the wire is not rewound onto the
spool.
BD Connector. To connect to the power source.
Connect the service cable connector of the
power source - wire feeder extension (2).
BN Hole. For welding wire intake.
