Steam Function Temperature/Timer Chart:

1. Place the removable cooking pot into the multi-cooker.
2. Place about 1-2 cups of water into the removable cooking pot. Insert the
trivet and steamer basket, making sure that the water sits a little bit below the
steamer basket.
3. Place ingredients into the steamer basket and close the lid of the cooker. The
screen displays a Close Lid icon

4. Turn the pressure regulating knob to STEAM.
5. Turn the dial until the STEAM function is selected (the words blink) and confirm
it by pressing the dial. The screen shows the settings for this function to the
right.
NOTE: To go back to the main menu screen, press MENU.
6. Choose your desired setting by turning the dial. Press the dial to select the
setting. The preset steaming time appears at the top of the screen.
If you wish to adjust it, turn the dial to select the desired time. Next, press the
START/STOP button to confirm it.
7. After you press the START/STOP button, the screen turns green, and it displays
the programmed time at the top. You also see the preheat icon at the bottom
of the screen and the preheating bar, which shows you how far along in the
preheating process the unit is.
NOTE: If you forget to press the START/STOP button, the unit will beep twice
after 30 seconds, the light on the screen will turn off and the unit will return to
standby mode.
8. Once the temperature has reached, the unit beeps, the cooking icon apears at
the bottom of the screen, and it starts to count your steaming time.
9. When the cooking time ends, the unit beeps and switches to the KEEP WARM
function. Press the START/STOP button to cancel the program.
NOTE: When using the STEAM function, the regulator knob must be turned to
STEAM.
NOTE: If you are using the STEAM function without enough liquid in the
removable cooking pot, the unit beeps every 5 seconds to alert you that more
liquid needs to be put in.
