8.4 CONNECTION FOR INTAKE OF FRESH AIR TO BE TREATED
The units are equipped with 3 fresh air inlets, positioned in the
corners. This air mixes with the air drawn in from the indoor en-
vironment and is then treated by the heat exchanger. (Fig. 17
- Fig. 18)
Ū The BAR accessory is available: a fitting for Ø100 pipe to be
connected to the inlets located on the unit.
Ū It is necessary to filter the fresh air before introducing it in
the unit, making sure that its temperature is not too low.
Ū To avoid operating and noise-related problems, the fresh air
flow rate is limited to 20% of the unit's air flow at average
speed, with a maximum of 110 m
WARNING: It is necessary to prevent the intake of dust and
impurities that could foul the unit's exchanger.
