MOTOR
The motor is connected to the terminals 12,13 and 14. If it is necessary to change the initial direction of rotation of
the motor, change microswitch No. 3.
HALL SENSOR
The Hall Sensor, used for detection of overexertion (obstacles), is connected to terminals 1 (-), 2 (+) and 3 (signal).
SELECTTYPE OF OPERATION (microswitch No. 2)
Switch 2 OFF, mode A
. No advance warning given by flashing lamp before starting the manoeuvre.
. Every action on the manoeuvre input inverts it
.The safety device on closing causes reopening.
Switch 2 ON, mode B
. Advance warning given by flashing lamp before starting the manoeuvre.
.The safety device on closing causes a small return movement and stops the door.
. Incorporation of alternative manoeuvre.
REGULATING THE POWER LEVEL (Normal Speed)
Turning the power-level control clockwise makes the door
exert more force before it stops and reverses direction when
the Hall Sensor detects over-exertion. Turning the control
anti-clockwise makes the sensor more sensitive to obstacles.
DAMPING ADJUSTMENT / SOFT STOP (Approach Velocity)
Turning the power-level control clockwise makes the door
close more gently during soft stop (slower speed
. Less force is exerted and the device is more sensitive to
obstacles). Turning it anti-clockwise makes the door
close more powerfully (more speed, more force, less
sensitivity to obstacles)
CHECKINGTHE DIRECTION OF OPERATION
When power is supplied to the door and the alternative button or open button is activated, the door opens.
Place the door in half-open position, connect the power to the equipment, press the alternative button and the
door should move in the opening direction. If it does not, change the position of microswitch No. 3.
Set the power-level control to the desired level (this can be done with the door in motion).
PROGRAMMINGTHE DOORTRAVEL AND AUTOMATIC CLOSING (PATH PROG.)
In order for the door to stop gently before reaching the end-of-travel switches, the door travel must be set. This
operation also includes the programming of the automatic closing time and soft stop (see Programming Soft
Stop).
To set the door travel, start with the door fully closed.
Press the programming button (PROG.REC.) for 1.5 seconds. The red LED indicator blinks, indicating that the
device is ready for programming.
