• Check the load by checking the pressure, if it is below 0.5 bar or above 5.0 bar with
the equipment in operation, recover the load in the circuit and pump it empty for at
least 30 minutes and insert 520 gr.
• Check and correct condenser fan clamp connection.
• Clean condenser with compressed air.
• Replace the condenser fan.
• Check pressure and if it is below 0.5 bar with the equipment in operation clean
out the circuit or replace the obstructed components (the continuous flow capillary
tube may be the component with the smallest diameter).
* The gas recovery will never be exact because part of the gas remains in the pressure
gauge pipes.
