AttentIon!
If there is difficulty in pressing the lock inward, make light movement with
the removal rod in clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
If the lock jumps outward immediately in the first turns of the rod without the circuit breaker
having arrived at the INSERTED position, press the lack inward and continue the operation.
AttentIon!
Never turn the removal rod with the lock in the LOCK position.
When the ciruit breaker is in the INSERTED position, do not turn the removal
rod in the clockwise direction.
Insertion – Circuit Breakers ABW40...50
Locate and release the side fasteners, using the removal rod itself, and pull them upward
before beginning the insertion procedures.
Then follow procedures I1) to I7), described above to bring the circuit breaker to the
INSERTED position.
I8) Turn the side fasteners downward and tighten the bolts with the aid of the removal rod.
