OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
SPEED VARIATION
A: Frequency of variation. The HRC checks the pulse every 30 seconds (the pulse is
displayed).
B: When the user's pulse is 30 beats per minute below the pulse target, the speed
increases by 2.0 km / h.
C: When the user's pulse is 6-29 beats per minute below the pulse target, the speed
increases by 1.0 km / h.
D: When the user's pulse is 30 beats per minute above the pulse target, the speed is
reduced by 2.0 km / h.
E: When the user's pulse is 6-29 beats per minute above the pulse target, the speed is
reduced by 1.0 km / h.
F: When the user's pulse is 0-5 beats per minute above or below the pulse target, the
speed does not change.
According to the situation, the speed of the treadmill will drop to the minimum in 1
minute, andstopped working after 15 seconds at minimum speed, with audible beeps
everysecond.
A: It is not possible to check the beats per minute.
B: Depending on the pulse, the speed will be reduced to the minimum speed
C: The pulse rate is above the recommended for (220 age). It is not possible to reduce
the speed below the minimum when it is above the minimum speed. For example, if the
minimum speed is 1.0 km / h, it will be reduced to 1.0 km / h when you go from 1.6 km /
h to 1.0 km / h.
The inclination is not controlled by the pulse. It can be adjusted manually.
The initial speed is 1.0 km / h. The speed will not be adjusted according to the pulse
before completing the first minute or 1.5 minutes.
