26. Remove the serpentine belt.
27. Attach brass barb hose fitting A (PN 961611)
onto circulation pump. Tighten to 29–45 ft. lbs.
(39–61 Nm). While remaining within the torque
range, clock the fitting so it is facing the back of
the engine.
NOTE!

28. Attach hose E (PN 3861992) from thermostat
housing B to the brass barb hose fitting D on
the circulation pump. Attach hose clamps
(PN 3863441). Using a 5/16 in. (8mm) socket,
tighten screws C to 20–32 in. lbs. (2.3–3.6 Nm).
29. Reattach serpentine belt

30. Using a 9/16 in. (14mm) wrench, loosen and
remove bolts G to remove fuel cell bracket F.
NOTE!

When adding brass barb fitting, be sure to
use sealant compound (PN 1141570) on
the threads.
Discard these bolts. New bolts
(PN 946472) are provided in the kit.
