1) Move the circuit breaker to ON position to turn the battery pack on.
2) Make sure that the battery has the last FW version.
3) Check that the LED of the battery is blinking in blue color.
4) Press the LED button during 3s.
5) If the LED remains white, the battery will supply DC to the inverter. Otherwise, repeat
the process until it remains in white.

Once the black start is done, it is necessary to configure the inverter settings to the battery type.
Otherwise, the battery will stop supplying DC to the inverter after a while.

Configuration of the ISS 1Play TL M

The inverter can be configured to work with BYD B-BOX Premium HVS/HVM though two
different ways: wizard and advanced settings. If the configuration is done during the
commissioning, the configuration will be done through the wizard.
Configuration through the Wizard:
This option is the one during the commissioning. Choose the type of battery: BYD PREMIUM
HVS or BYD PREMIUM HVM.

Please be careful to choose the right battery type when you set up the
configuration in your inverter. The battery or inverter manufacturers have
no responsibility on the damages caused due to incorrect configurations.
For instance, if you select "Lead-acid" as a battery type in the inverter
configuration and the battery being used is "Lithium-ion", the battery might
get damaged or experience performance degradation.
