Start-up
Attention!
Prior to use, check that the specifications of your
mains power supply correspond to the mains
voltage and mains frequency indicated on the
name plate.
Attaching auxiliary handle (Fig. II)
Risk of severe injuries.
Work only with the auxiliary

handle [2] attached!
Push locking discs [10] onto the left and right
sides of the gear housing.
Attach auxiliary handle [2] to the gear housing.
Insert wing bolts [11] into the auxiliary handle
[2] on left and right and screw in lightly.
Set the desired angle of the auxiliary handle [2].
Tighten wing bolts [11] on the left and right firmly
by hand.

CAUTION !
Dust extraction (Fig. II)
Only use with a suitable dust collection
system.
Connect a vacuum cleaner (class M)

to suction nozzle [12] .
We recommend the use of an anti-static suction
hose.
Attaching grinding wheel
WARNING !
Risk of severe injuries.
Pull the mains plug out of the plug

socket before all tooling operations.
The machine must be switched off
¾
with the spindle stationary.
Locking spindle
Press in spindle locking knob [3] only with the
spindle at a standstill and turn spindle [13] by
hand until the spindle locking knob [3] noticeably
engages.
Attaching / removing diamond
cup wheel
Attaching:
Push supporting flange [15] onto the spindle
[13].
The supporting flange [15] is correctly fitted only

when its can no longer be rotated on the spindle
[13].
Mount diamond cup wheel [16] uniformly on
supporting flange [15].
The 2 sides of the clamping nut [17]are different.

Screw the clamping nut [17] onto the spindle
[13] so that the collar of the clamping nut [17] is
facing upwards.
Lock spindle [13] .
Tighten the clamping nut [17] by turning it clock-
wise using the 2-hole wrench [6].
