Noting the serial number

Both serial number and performance level are printed on
the frame.
When a hearing instrument is returned from our service
check the serial number on the frame:

Remove the rocker switch with your fingernail to see
the serial number.
Note: If you press the lower part of the rocker switch
more than 3 seconds the hearing instrument may turn on.
After reasembly you can turn off the hearing instrument
by a long press to the upper part of the rocker switch.

Replacing the housing

Disassembling

Remove the receiver unit and the axles.

Insert the included tool into the front end of the hearing
X
instrument and detach the top housing.
