3.6.2

Fitting rear cross member

1. Unpack the cross members.
2. With the aid of a piece of string for example, pull the
limit switch cable of the cross member into the main
runway.
3. Draw in the wire ropes corresponding to their
subsequent position in the crossmember.

Take care not to trap any cables and hoses.
4. Position the cross member with the opening over
the pulleys of the main runway.
5. Bolt the cross member to the runways leaving
approx. 5 mm clearance between the cross member
and the runway (T-beam).

Do not tighten the bolts as yet.
6. Pull the cables of the main runway into the separate
cable duct.
3.6.3

Fitting front cross member

1. Repeat the above steps for the front cross member.
2. Pull the cables and hoses of the main runway
through the cable cover of the front cross member.

3.6.4

Fitting pulleys

1. Insert the pulley in the pulley cover.
2. Grease the pin and insert groove first through the
hole in the pulley cover.
3. Insert the securing link in the groove of the pin
and screw on.

The outer guide piece (6) is pre-set at the factory to
a dimension of 120 mm.
