Mount Valve on the Wall

Use (3) 1/4" screws to mount the valve
assembly on the wall.

Connect Outlet Lines

A
Install 1/2" compression fitting, hoses, or
pipe fittings into the valve outlets as shown
in the illustration.

Install unions or union-function equivalent
fittings (hoses with swivel connectors) in the
outlet lines to facilitate valve removal.
C
An optional 3/8" compression fitting is
provided for faucet outlet connection.
WARNING Do not install a 3/8" compression fitting on the eyewash outlet.
This will restrict the flow. The eyewash outlet line must use a
1/2" compression fitting to ensure proper flow.
WARNING Do not connect the faucet outlet to the eyewash unit.
This may cause scalding.
