Troubleshooting: Check Valve Replacement
A
Remove the (4) screws that join the faucet
and eyewash sections together. Separate the
sections and set the faucet half aside.

Remove the (2) O-rings, and then use a
needle nose pliers to remove the first set of
check valves and discard.
Remove the (2) spacers from the middle of

the water passage. Use Extraction Tool (130-
150) or a tool with a small hook tip to remove
the last set of check valves and discard.

Visually inspect the eyewash water passage
for any debris. Flush water from the eyewash
outlet to clean the water passage.
Flush water from the eyewash outlet to clean
E
the water passage. Install the new check
valves. Contact your Bradley representative
to order Check Valve Kit (S65-502).
F
Visually inspect the faucet water passage for
any debris. Flush water from the faucet outlet
to clean the water passage.
