also some important questions to consider before taking a sauna.
In the first place, as with any activity, it is advisable to consult your doctor
before beginning the use of the sauna, although you can be sure that more
than 95% of people do not have any problems using it.
Do not take a sauna during digestion.
Do not take a sauna during pregnancy.

deficiencies.

Specific considerations:
If you have done exhausting exercise, you should not enter the
sauna without having rested properly beforehand.
Do not drink alcoholic dinks while in the process of taking a sauna.
The sauna does not dehydrate. IT only reduces the level of corporal

reabsorbing drinking water or shower water and even water from
the atmosphere.
Do not leave the sauna if you don't feel the need, as this will
impede you receiving the effects properly. Nor should you continue
in the sauna if you feel anxious, as you can do further damage.
Everyone will feel the need to leave the sauna in different intervals
and at different times. Furthermore, the same person will tolerate
different periods at different times depending on their nervous
system and general metabolism. For this reason, specific length of
stay in the sauna are not marked or generalised for different people
or times.
