ENTRETIEN ET INSPECTION DE PLANIFICATION CHECKLIST

BRAKES
Test the brakes and adjust if necessary.
Check magnetic brake air gap, adjust if necessary.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Test the warning and safety devices in accordance with operating
instructions.
Test the cables and motors attachments.
Test the instruments, displays and control switches.
Check micro switchs setting.
Check contactors and relays.
Check the fuse ratings.
Check the traction motor carbon brush wear, replace if necessary.
Check the hydraulic motor carbon brush wear, replace if
necessary.
Make sure wire connections are secure and check for damage.
POWER SUPPLY
Visually inspect battery and battery elements.
Check battery cable connections are secure, grease terminals if
necessary.
Check acid density, acid level and battery voltage.
Check the battery connector for damage, test it and make sure it is
secure.
TRAVEL
Check the transmission for noise and leakage.
Replace the transmission lubrificant if service life exceeded
(10,000 hours)
Check the wheel suspension and attachment.
Check the wheels for wear and damage.
CHASSIS SUPERSTRUCTURE
Check labels are present and complete.
Check the chassis and screw connections for damage.
Check the insulation of the components box
HYDRAULIC OPERATION
Test the "hydraulic function" controls and make sure the labels are
present and complete.
Check cylinders and piston rods for damage and leaks, and make
sure they are secure.
Test the hydraulic system.
Check the wear of forks and of the grippinng of the load
Check that hydraulic hoses and pipes lines and their connections are
secure,check for leaks and damages.
