Hand-over inspection and
instruction
- Check function of all controls and
indicator lamps
- Hand-over of operating
instructions with explanation of
machine functions and notes on
upkeep, maintenance intervals,
maintenance and trouble-shooting
Maintenance work after the first
5 operating hours
- Check roller and side brush for
wear and trapped straps
- Check sweeping range and
function of roller/side brush
- Check tension and wear of drive
belts and drive chain
- Check freedom of movement of
Bowden cables and moving parts.
- Check function of all controls and
indicator lamps
Maintenance work every
100 operating hours or every six
months
- Check batteries in accordance
with manufacturer statement
- Clean surfaces of the batteries
- Check current-carrying wires and
contacts for damage and oxidation
- Check freedom of movement of
Bowden cables and moving parts
- Check drive system for proper
functioning and wear
- Check differential shaft for play
- Check tension and wear of drive
belts and drive chain
- Check function and setting of
parking brake
- Check dust filter for damage and
tightness
- Check sealing sections on bin
- Check sealing strips at filter flap
- Check setting and wear of sealing
strips in sweeping area
- Check roller and side brush for
wear and trapped straps
- Check sweeping range and

- Lubricate the driving chain
