DISPOSAL

This product or any part of it must be disposed of correctly:
- Use public or private local systems for waste collection.
- If that is not possible, contact Dab Pumps or the nearest authorised service workshop

Causes
Switch in stop position (O)
The minimum flow rate does not allow
the flow switch to start (the rate must be
more than 2.5 l/Min)
No current
Presence of material on the flow switch
Starting capacitor damaged
Main valve closed
Presence of air in the system
Impeller damaged
Unstable installation
Cavitation
Overpressure
Impeller partly blocked by presence of
metal material
Mechanical seal damaged
Motor shaft is damaged
The cover of the fan motor is rubbing
against the fan
Switch in manual position (I)
Flow switch not working due to presence
of material
Flow switch damaged
Change to manual (I) or automatic (II)
position
Change to manual position (I)
Check fuse and power supply
To clean the flow switch, follow the
instructions in point 13
Change the capacitor
Open main valve
Turn on the tap, activate the pump
Change the impeller
Adjust the loose parts
Reduce the height of the input pipe,
increasing its diameter
Move the output valve or change the
model
Remove the material
Change the seal or the washer
Change the motor shaft
Fit the fan cover again
Change to automatic (II) or stop
position (0).
To clean the flow switch, follow the
instructions in point 13
Change the flow switch
