■ Never point the automatic gun at human beings.
■ Never use the automatic gun when damaged or when components are
missing.
■ When damaged, stop using the automatic gun immediately and discon-
nect it from the compressed air circuit and material supply.
■ Adhere to safety regulations.
■ Adhere to BGR 500 accident prevention regulations.

Intended Use
Intended Use
The automatic gun is designed for the application of paints, lacquers and
other sprayable media on suitable substrates.
Unintended use
Inappropriate use includes using the automatic gun in conjunction with
food products or for spraying unsuitable materials, such as acids or caus-
tic solutions.

Technical Design
The automatic gun has different features, depending on the variant:
■ Nozzle head with optional material circulation [1-5] or nozzle head with
material circulation [1-8].
■ End cap [1-2] or material flow control [1-6].
All instructions relate to the "nozzle head with optional material circula-
tion" [1-5] and end cap [1-2] variant. The instructions are to be followed
by analogy for all variants. Differences are listed separately.
