14. Secure the Pivot Pin
NOTE: It is necessary to install the #8 cup washer and the #8-32 x 5/16" undercut head screw to prevent
the top pivot pin from moving upward out of the pivot block.
Place the #8 cup washer over the hole in the top bracket.
Insert the #8-32 x 5/16" undercut head screw through the washer and into the hole in the bracket.
Tighten the screw.
15. Install the Flat Seal
NOTE: Perform these steps from the inside of the shower with the door open.
Slide the flat seal into the "T" shaped slot in the door panel pivot side frame.
Pull the seal down until it is even with the bottom of the door panel.
Cut off all excess flat seal from the top of the door.
Use a pair of pliers to squeeze the edge of the "T" shaped slot at the top of the door panel. This
holds the seal in place.
