2. Wall Plate Location
NOTE: You may need to disassemble some of the accessories. Some
accessories will be packed with the wall plate installed in the post.
Loosen the setscrew and remove the wall plate if needed.
Determine the mounting location of the wall plate(s) and mark a
cross at each location. Center-to-center dimensional requirements
are shown.
NOTE: If your accessory requires multiple wall plates, use a level to
ensure bracket locations are horizontally and vertically aligned.
When installing the K-8144 mirror, drill a 5/16" hole at each
marked mounting location. Go to "Install the Wall Anchors"
section.
Draw a 1" (2.5cm) diameter circle around each marked wall plate
mounting location.
Place the wall plate over the circle and orient the slot at the
bottom. Mark the two mounting hole locations.
NOTE: Align the two hole locations vertically.
Drill a 5/16" hole at each wall plate mounting location.
