PROBLEM
1. The motor does not
start.
2. The motor has difficul-
ty turning.
The motor stops suddenly
3. The snow thrower
vibrates
The faults described below can usually be rectified directly by the user. If there is any doubt, contact an 
authorised agent.
If problems persist after the operations above have been performed, contact your dealer.
Caution! Never attempt to carry out complicated repairs without the necessary tools or
technical ability. Any poorly performed interventions will automatically nullify the warranty
and exonerate the manufacturer from all liability.

12 TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBABLE CAUSE
The electric cable is not con-
nected or is defective.
The fuse has blown.
Auger clogged or damaged.
The capacitor is faulty.
Differential switch tripped.
The overload protection device
has tripped.
Loose components.
Defective auger.
REMEDY
Connect or replace the power cable.
Replace the blown fuse with a new
one. If a higher amp fuse needs to
be installed, contact an authorised
electrician.
Clean the auger. Replace if damaged.
Contact a service centre
- The power cable may be damaged. 
Check and repair or replace if neces-
sary.
- The motor is damaged. Contact a
service centre.
Wait for 10 minutes, then attempt to
start again.
Tighten up the loose components.
Replace the battery.
